The Conflict of Interest Commission on Thursday unanimously decided that Agriculture Minister Tihomir Jakovina was in violation of the Conflict of Interest Act by being a minister in the incumbent government and sitting on the management board of the TJ prom company.
By failing to transfer management rights in the TJ prom company to another person, namely a commissioner, Jakovina violated the Conflict of Interest Act, the Commission said and decided to give the minister a HRK 10,000 fine, which he will be able to pay off in ten monthly installments.
