Croatia's Borna Coric and Ana Konjuh won junior singles titles at the U.S. Open on Sunday when they posted victories at Flushing Meadows in the final matches in the men's junior and the women's junior tournaments respectively.
The fourth-seeded Coric, 16, defeated Australia's Thanasi Kokkinakis 3-6 6-3 6-1 in the final of the boy's singles before the second-seeded Konjuh, 15, beat American wildcard Tornado Black 3-6 6-4 7-6(6).
This was the first Grand Slam final for Coric. Konjuh was the winner of girls' singles at the Australian Open earlier this year.
