The exhibition "Homeland War" was opened at the Zagreb Museum of History on Thursday evening.
The exhibition, which brings a thematic and chronological review of Croatia's recent history when the country gained independence, is homage to those who created the independence state, notably war veterans.
It is organised on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the aggression of Serbia, Montenegro, the former Yugoslav People's Army and Croatian Serb rebels against Croatia.
The exhibition will be opened until 30 September 2012.
