President Ivo Josipovic, accompanied by his wife Tatjana, visited the Ovcara memorial site outside the eastern town of Vukovar on Saturday where he laid a wreath and lit a candle at the monument commemorating 200 Croats executed by Yugoslav army troops and Serb paramilitaries 21 years ago.
Also attending the ceremony were the head of Vukovar-Srijem County, Bozo Galic, and the Mayor of Vukovar, Zeljko Sabo.
