Croatian President Ivo Josipovic has received an honorary doctorate from the Immanuel Kant State University of Russia in Kaliningrad, Josipovic's Office said in a statement on Tuesday.
At the ceremony, Josipovic thanked members of the science committee for this recognition. In his speech, Josipovic underlined the importance of international cooperation in the preservation of peace in the world.
After the ceremony, Josipovic opened the exhibition of Croatian artist Bane Milenkovic in Kaliningrad.
