Croatian footballer Niko Kranjcar is doubtful for Tottenham’s quarterfinal UEFA Champions League match against Real Madrid after sustaining an injury against Wigan on Saturday
Tottenham’s historic Champions League quarterfinal match in Madrid looms, where Tottenham will face Real Madrid. But as the match nears, Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp has little to choose from as the Spur’s injury crisis persists.
The latest addition to the Spur’s hospital is Croatian midfielder Niko Kranjcar, who is doubtful for the Bernabeu clash.
‘Niko Kranjcar came on the field for eight minutes on Saturday and kicked the bottom of someone’s boot. His foot is badly swollen and bruised so he's struggling. In all honesty we've got six subs for the bench. I think we might have to be one light on the bench, it's a crazy situation’ Redknapp told talkSPORT.
