The Croatian Labour Party on Thursday submitted its slates to the State Election Commission for the parliamentary election called for December 4.
"With today's submission of our slates, we are beginning our hunt for 10 seats in the next parliament," Labour Party leader Dragutin Lesar told reporters.
"I am pleased that 50 of our 140 candidates are women, which is about 36 per cent, while 32 of our candidates are younger than 35," Lesar said.
It will be the first time the Labour Party runs in elections.
