Approximately 14,000 job advertisements have been published on the MojPosao web portal in the first three months of this year, up 17 per cent from last year.
Most of the jobs were in sales, tourism, catering and administration, according to the latest figures released by MojPosao.
In most of the ads, employers looked for workers with a high school diploma (51%), followed by those with a university degree (31%), while 58% of the employers require knowledge of the English language.
MojPosao also presented figures according to which the average pay in Croatia in the first three months was HRK 5.399 or 1.9 percent down from last year.
