A 20-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of seriously injuring a police officer in riots which broke out during a soccer match between Dinamo and Hajduk in Zagreb last Saturday, officials at the Zagreb Police Department said on Saturday.
The suspect has been charged with a serious offence against public safety and will be taken before a Zagreb County Court investigating judge, who will question him and decide on whether he will be detained in custody or released, police officials said.
