Croatian President and Armed Forces Supreme Commander Ivo Josipovic said on Monday at the ceremony marking the 21st anniversary of the Croatian Armed Forces that those who wanted to change history and borders had no business here and Prime Minister Zoran Milanovic said the army should not get involved in the daily and partisan politics.

Josipovic said the Armed Forces could fully secure Croatia's territorial integrity.

His message to Croatian soldiers in international peace missions was to continue promoting peace and democracy.

Prime Minister Milanovic reiterated the Army should not get involved in the daily and partisan politics. He underlined that all decision should be in the national interest.

PM Milanovic sees Croatia in the European Union as a small and proud state which must decide on its priorities.

"We cannot do everything. We have neither money nor people to do that," he sad.

The ceremony marking Croatian Armed Forces Day was attended by representatives of the Croatian military and politicians.
