Mihovil Spanja of Croatia won a silver medal in the men's 400-metre freestyle at the 2011 International Paralympic Committee Swimming European Championships in Berlin on Sunday.
Spanja finished with a time of 4:51.74, second to Jonathan Fox of Great Britain, who finished in 4:47.33, while Marian Kvasnytsiau came third in 5:07.29.
