The Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) on Friday morning decided to suspend trading in shares of Dalekovod, a leading Croatian power transmission equipment producer, in order to make it possible for investors to be acquainted with the facts surrounding the acquisition of shares in that company.
The Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (HANFA) established on Thursday that five people and five companies were obliged to publish their bids for the takeover of Dalekovod.
They should submit their requests for the approval of the bid and their takeover bids to HANFA within next 30 days.
The ZSE believes that this information can produce an effect on the Dalekovod price share which is why the ZSE suspended the trading in Dalekovod shares by 1130 hrs Friday until when investors can get information necessary for making investment decisions.
