In the year ahead, there is reason for both concern and optimism. Reforms that have commenced and investments plans open up new opportunities, he said, adding that we are entering a year filled with challenges.

"Let's make an effort to set the economy in motion and eliminate the injustice that has been caused by the economic crisis, but sometimes also by the poor functioning of government institutions and the judiciary", said the president.
