Parliament Speaker Boris Sprem decided on Tuesday that Deputy Speaker Josip Leko will substitute for him while he is unable to perform his duties because of health problems, Sprem's office said on Wednesday.
After a successful endoscopic decompression of the sphenoidal sinus, the condition of Parliament Speaker Boris Sprem is improving, his office said in a statement on Saturday.
