European Enlargement Commissioner Stefan Fuele is scheduled to visit Zagreb on Monday and hold talks with top Croatian official about the completion of Croatia's preparations for EU membership, spokesman for the Commissioner Peter Stano said on Friday.
Fuele is expected to meet Croatian President Ivo Josipovic, Parliament Speaker Josip Leko, Prime Minister Zoran Milanovic, Foreign Minister Vesna Pusic and deputy prime minister in charge of interior, foreign and European policy Neven Mimica and talk about the completion of preparations for EU entry, Stano said.
The visit is taking place several weeks after the European Commission released its monitoring report on Croatia, Stano added.
