An explosive device was thrown into the offices of the Council of the Serb minority in the biggest Croatian coastal city of Split half an hour after Wednesday midnight, and the local police reported on Thursday morning that they had arrested two men suspected of having been involved in that incident.
The device was thrown into the offices after the window panes were smashed. There were no injuries, and the material damage will be estimated after the completion of the on-the-scene investigation, the police said
