The anti-Gaddafi Libyan Youth Movement has sent a statement to the Serbian news agency Tanjug about the "Support for Muammar al Gaddafi from the people of Serbia" group whose members have launched a "cyber war" in support to Gaddafi, Serbian electronic media reported on Friday.
According to Tanjug, users of Facebook, Twitter, Myspace, Youtube and other social networking services and websites in Serbia have initiated a pro-Gaddafi group.
The Libyan Youth Movement said it had contacted those networks' administrators and assessed that more than 50,000 Serbian had joined in this campaign in favour of Gaddafi.
Three days ago the AFP French news agency reported that more than 1,700 people in Montenegro joined a pro-Gaddafi group on Facebook. This group was organised after the West decided to launch air strikes against that long-standing leader in Libya.
