A police search of Sanader's residence in Kozarceva Street in Zagreb is underway, as the Ministry of the Interior has issued a warrant for his arrest
Acting on an order from the Office for the Suppression of Corruption and Organized Crime (USKOK), police arrived at the Kozarceva address, Radio 101 reports.
The Vecernji List daily says that police were greeted by the twice runaway's better half, Mirjana Sanader. Police are reportedly searching the home for any documents related to the cases Sanader is being investigated for.
Sanader's warrant was published earlier this morning on the official Interior Ministry website citing, in addition to his personal information, the charges against him - conspiracy to commit crime and abuse of office.
