The State Election Commission (DIP) said on Sunday that 5.98 percent of Croatian voters had voted in the election for the European Parliament by 1100 hours.
The turnout was the highest in Karlovac County where 7.63 percent of voters cast their ballots, and the lowest in Zadar County, 4.59 percent, and Vukovar-Bilogora County, 4.69 percent.
According to DIP, voting is proceeding peacefully and without major problems.
