The whistle-blower website WikiLeaks has published around 1,100 dispatches sent to the United States from the US Embassy in Zagreb.
The reports, released over the last three days, refer to the period from 1991 to 2011 and contain assessments of political, military and business events in Croatia and the foreign political activity of the government in Zagreb, as well as details of talks with Croatian officials and assessments of their competence.
US diplomats describe in their reports from Zagreb how they conveyed to Croatian authorities US initiatives on activities in international institutions.
WikiLeaks on Thursday made public more than 100,000 previously unpublished diplomatic dispatches from US embassies around the world. WikiLeaks started with the publication of close to 250,000 State Department documents in 2010, but until now they were published in smaller numbers.
