Zlatni globus svake je godine dobar pokazatelj toga koji bi filmovi i koja imena mogli dobiti najviše Oscara. Ako je suditi po ovogodišnjem popisu, najviše šansi za trijumf ima film 'The Artist', priča o danima holivudskog nijemog filma s čak šest nominacija.
