Bosnian Justice Minister Barisa Colak will allow on Friday the temporary extradition of Dragan Paravinja to Croatia to shed light on the disappearance of Antonia Bilic, a 17-year-old girl from Drnis, a source from the ministry told reporters on Thursday.

The source said Colak would sign a release for Paravinja's temporary extradition but could not specify if he would be transferred tomorrow.

The Croatian authorities suspect him of killing Bilic.

The Bosnian State Court submitted the documents based on which the temporary extradition will be granted given that Paravinja did not object to being transferred.

A court in the Bosnian town of Sokolac has sentenced Paravinja, pending appeal, to two years and 10 months in jail for rape. Serbia has also requested his extradition for a rape conviction of 4.5 years in jail.
