Croatian Olympic bronze medalist Lucija Zaninovic won a bronze under-49 kilogrammes at the 2013 World Taekwondo Championships in Puebla, Mexico.
This sportswoman from the Split-based Marjan club has so far bagged two gold medals from European championships and a bronze medal at the last Olympic Games.
During the ongoing world championships in Mexico, the gold for women - 49 kg went to Thai Chanatip Sonkham who beat Jordanian taekwondo practitioner Dana Touran in the final. Apart from Zaninovic, Cuban Yania Aguirre also got the bronze in this event.
