A total of 491,255 voters, or 12.62 percent, cast their ballots at the presidential runoff in Croatia by 11AM Sunday, the State election Commission reported.
The turnout is higher than in the first election round two weeks ago when 11percent of the voters cast their ballots by 11AM.
DIP collected data from 6,267 polling stations which is 95.68 percent of allpolling stations opened for the runoff.
