The Croatian government's public relations office on Thursday resolutely refuted the allegations by the Croatian Journalists' Association (HND) that the decision not to greenlight the transfer of the Radio 101 station's broadcasting concessions was a politically motivated decision made a priori.
The government's public relations office recalls that it is the the Electronic Media Council which decides on broadcasting concessions and which undertakes to comply with laws and other regulations.
Therefore it is not clear why the HND refers to the government when commenting on this matter, according to the office's statement.
