Croatian biathlete Jakov Fak on Sunday won a bronze medal in the 10-kilometre men's sprint at the Winter Olympics in Vancouver, finishing the race with a time of 24:21.8 and hitting all ten set targets.
Fak finished 14.0 seconds after the winner Vincent Jay of France, who also hit all ten targets, reaching the finish line in 24:07.8. The silver medalist, Emil Hegle Svendsen, missed one target but managed to finish the race 1.8 seconds before Fak, with a time of 24:20.0.
