The petrochemical Dioki Group said on Tuesday that all contracts and agreements with the Turkish investor Caliskan had been defined and signed by the investor and that in the meantime, in accordance with a Croatian government decision, Zagrebacka Banka had issued a guarantee to the investor's commercial bank.
Today or on Wednesday at the latest, Dioki expects to be notified by Caliskan about the date of the payment of an advance for the payment of late salaries to the employees of the Dioki and Dina companies, the group said in a statement.
These actions make it possible to continue with the restructuring of the Dioki Group and to relaunch production in Dina, all for the purpose of keeping jobs, the statement said.
