The Bosnian State Prosecutor has issued a detention order for Emrah Fojnica who was arrested in the Wahhabi community of Gornja Maoca, near the northern town of Brcko, this week as part of the investigation into the October 28 terrorist attack on the US embassy in Sarajevo which was carried out by Islamic fanatic Mevlid Jasarevic, Bosnian media said on Saturday.
After questioning the 20-year-old Fojnica, the Prosecutor's Office ordered that he be remanded in custody for fear that he might try to conceal evidence, interfere with witnesses or otherwise obstruct the investigation, said the spokeswoman for the Prosecutor's Office, Selma Hecimovic.
Jasarevic and his accomplices, Dino Pecenkovic and Munib Ahmetovic, are already in custody.
FBI agents are also involved in the investigation, but Jasarevic refused to speak to them on Friday.
