Croatia's best woman athlete, the high-jumper Blanka Vlasic, on Sunday won the gold medal at the European Athletics Championships in Barcelona by jumping 203 centimetres.
Emma Green of Sweden was second with 201cm, and Ariane Friedrich of Germany third, also with 201cm.
Earlier this week, Croatian discus thrower Sandra Perkovic won the gold medal at the championships in Barcelona.
