Ski World Cup leader Ivica Kostelic of Croatia finished seventh in the men's World Cup super-combined in Chamonix on Sunday, 1.44 seconds behind the winner, Romed Baumann of Austria, who finished with a time of 2:56.10.
Alexis Pinturault of France came second (2:57.20) and Beat Feuz of Switzerland third (2:57.29).
Natko Zrncic-Dim, also of Croatia, came 25th, 4.44 off the pace.
Kostelic won 36 points today and remains the men's World Cup leader with a score of 941, followed by Marcel Hirscher of Austria (825) and Feuz (793).
On Saturday, Kostelic came only 48th, 3.54 seconds behind winner Jan Hudec of Canada, whose time was 2:03.25. Zrncic-Dim was 53rd, 4.46 off the pace.
