Three supporters of Dinamo Zagreb who took part in a fight with Paris Saint-Germain supporters in the French capital on Monday have been sentenced to four months' imprisonment and banned from entering France for five years, Croatian Police Directorate spokeswoman Jelena Bikic told the media on Friday.

The fight took place before a Dinamo-PSG match, resulting in the arrest of 25 Croatian supporters. The remaining Croats have been released.

None of the three sentenced had a ticket for the match but all carried objects that could have inflicted injuries, Bikic said.

Agence France-Presse said the supporters were arrested after a clash in the Bastille neighbourhood with the charge of association to cause riots and destroy property. The supporters claimed they came to Paris as tourists and were not members of any football supporters' group, AFP said, adding that the French supporters arrested for participating in the fight were fined between 800 and 1,000 euros.
