About 200 demonstrators rallied in Zagreb's main square, Trg Bana Jelacica, on Friday evening demanding the resignation of the government and immediate elections.
During a peaceful rally, demonstrators carried banners saying "Veterans, Free Croatia Of Thieves", "Resign - Elections Now" and "Stop Laying Off Workers".
The protesters were joined by representatives of several trade unions.
