The Croatian petrochemical group Dioki postate a filing on the zagreb Stock Exchange on Wednesday saying that that all documents necessary for the Turkish company Caliskan to enter the Adriaoil SpA company within Dioki were harmonised and that Caliskan would pay a EUR 5 million advance for the payment of the back salaries to Dioki and Dina Petrokemija workers.
The statement also read that the harmonisation of the contract regulating production was under way.
The company said it issued this statement so that the public could have all the information.
