The Dubrovnik City Council adopted by majority vote on Monday a conclusion asking the government and parliament to protect Croatia's territorial integrity by not ratifying the Croatian-Bosnian border agreement of 30 July 1999.
The Council met at the request of the opposition Croatian Democratic Union and Croatian Peasant Party, whose councillors said one should acknowledge international law provisions and the position of experts, which they said proved that Croatia was the owner of the southern border area in question.
