The supervisory board of the HEP national power provider on Friday accepted the government's proposal to replace management board chairman Zlatko Koracevic and appoint Tomislav Seric as the new head of the company's boards, HEP said in a press release.
The government on Thursday forwarded a proposal to the HEP supervisory board to replace Koracevic with Tomislav Seric, who was until now a board member. According to the government's proposal which the supervisory board accepted, board members Rodoljub Lalic and Seric were relieved of their duties and Perica Jukic was nominated as a new member of the HEP management board.
