A procession on the occasion of the 18th anniversary of the Srebrenica genocide took place in downtown Rijeka on Saturday, organised by the city and county council of the Bosniak national minority.
The marchers wore white T-shirts saying "Srebrenica, so it's never forgotten" and white roses which they threw into the sea.
The procession in the northern Adriatic port was held as a sign of sympathy with the participants in the Peace March to be take place in the Srebrenica area in eastern Bosnia and Herzegovina on July 8-10.
