Some 200 people gathered for a protest rally under the slogan "The Young and the Old Together" in Zagreb's central square on Friday.
The rally was announced last Wednesday by the political bloc "Pensioners Together", the Union of Croatian Farmers and coordinators of recent protests organised via the social network Facebook when they said that they expected 50,000 disgruntled citizens to join the demonstrations.
Today, speakers at the rally criticised both the ruling coalition and the parliamentary Opposition.
