Croatia and Slovenia on Thursday exchanged diplomatic notes informing each other that they had completed the necessary procedures for the entry into force of the border arbitration agreement which the two governments had signed in Stockholm on November 4, 2009, the Croatian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration said in a statement.
The arbitration agreement on the settlement of the border dispute between Slovenia and Croatia will enter into force on Monday, November 29, 2010.
All the deadlines specified in the agreement will start to apply from the date on which Croatia's European Union Accession Treaty is signed, the statement said.
