Croatian teams won a gold and a silver on the last day of the 8th European Senior Wildwater Canoeing Championships on the Ibar river near the Serbian town of Kraljevo on Sunday.
A team comprising Igor Gojic, Emil Milihram and Tomislav Lepan won the gold and another European champion title in the C-1 single-seat canoe category with a time of 2:27,05, while a C-2 two-seat canoe team, comprised of three crews (Elvis Sanjkovic-Sinisa Martincevic, Emil Milihram-Antonio Obadic, and Igor Gojic-Matej Herkov), won the silver with a time of 2:27,77.
The Croatian canoeists thus finished the championships in Serbia with a record six medals - three golds, two silvers and one bronze.
