The first EU Information Centre in Croatia was opened in the southern coastal city of Dubrovnik on Friday evening.
The centre, located in the offices of the city library, was opened by the European House in Dubrovnik, in cooperation with the city and country authorities.
The purpose of the centre is to provide citizens with information on the EU.
Earlier in the day, Croatia signed in Brussels the Treaty of Accession to the EU.
