The number of people employed in Croatia's industry sector in April went down by 0.4 percent in relation to March and by 8 percent compared with April 2009, according to the Central Bureau of Statistics.
Compared with the average monthly number of employees in 2009, the number of people working in the industry sector in April fell by 6.9 percent.
Industrial output in the first four months of 2010 went up by seven percent in relation to the same period last year.
