The Economy Ministry said on Monday it would publish on September 15 an official list of all the bids made for the construction of a new bloc of the Plomin C thermal power plant which would show that the German company RWE was one of the bidders.
The ministry was responding to a statement issued by the Green Action earlier today which said that Economy Minister Radimir Cacic had deluded the public a few days ago by stating that the NGO had spread misinformation by stating that RWE did not plan to invest in Plomin C.
The NGO said in the statement that a representative of the RWE management had said at a shareholders' assembly meeting in April that the company did not have an investment plan for the Croatian plant.
