The Croatian Interior Ministry stated on Wednesday that Ukrainian citizen Sergey Litvinenko, suspected of involvement in cases of the Internet frauds, had been arrested in Croatia last week.
This Ukrainian hacker, believed to be involved in the frauds of 20 million dollars, was arrested by Croatian police officials specialised in countering corruption and organised crime, in cooperation with the U.S. secret services. His apprehension was coordinated by Interpol, according to the statement.
The United States has announced that it will request his extradition.
