Nakon što se se relativno nedavno pojavile glasine o tomu da Valve radi na vlastitoj gaming konzoli, pojavio se službeni oglas kojim se traži inženjer za rad na 'potpuno novim gaming iskustvima'
Početkom ožujka pisali smo o glasinama prema kojima Valve radi na vlastitoj igraćoj konzoli namijenjenoj pokretanju PC igara, a osim glasina pojavila se i fotografija radne verzije sklopa koji podsjeća na konzolu, a koja se pojavila na Twitter accountu jednog od zaposlenika Valvea.
Danas se pak internetom proširio oglas za posao kojim Valve traži inženjere elektronike, za rad na 'potpuno novim gaming iskustvima'; 'najuspješniji kandidati postati će članovi vrlo motiviranog teama zaduženog za razvoj hardvera, prototipove, testiranje i produkciju kroz cijeli niz platformi. Ne pričamo o miševima i gamepadovima – zanimaju nas potpuno nova gaming iskustva.'
Naravno, ovo nije i potvrda nagađanja da Valve radi na nekom obliku igraće konzole, a ako i je, to bi se, s obzirom na vrijeme potrebno na razvoj takvog sustava, moglo dogoditi tek kroz nekoliko godina.
