The State Inspectorate has launched an investigation into the INA oil company, following claims by a member of the parliamentary commission investigating the privatisation of INA, Goran Maric, who said that over 300 Hungarians without residence permit and work visas were working for the company, Chief Inspector Kruno Kovacevic told Croatian Television on Wednesday evening.

He, however, declined to comment on irregularities in the company until the investigation is completed.

Maric said at the commission session on Tuesday that over 300 Hungarian managers were working at INA and receiving salaries in Hungary.
