Croatia's national team beat the Poles in their semi-final match in the 2010 European Men's Handball Championship in Vienna (24-21) on Saturday to reach the final, set for Sunday.
In the final, the Croatians will play against the French national team.
Poland and Iceland will play for the bronze medal also on Sunday.
