Former Environment Minister Mirela Holy on Monday pressed charges with the Chief State Prosecutor's Office against an unidentified person for violation of privacy, after her email in which she asked the head of state railway company HZ, Rene Valcic, to protect the wife of their mutual party colleague, was leaked to the public.
Holy, who resigned over the email last week, pressed charges on suspicion of unauthorised monitoring and surveillance of email.
