The head of the Croatian President's Office, Josko Klisovic, on Wednesday refuted the claims by the Finance Ministry which said earlier today that it was beyond a doubt that the budget of the President's Office for 2011 was increased 37.4% from the 2010 budget.
Klisovic said the increase amounted to 9.7 percent, stressing that the President's Office last year in fact saved 27.7 percent or HRK10 million of the budgetary funds earmarked for the Office.
Klisovic told reporters that the Finance Ministry obviously got its fact wrong.
