Delegations of Serbia and Kosovo, that held the fifth round of talks in Brussels on Saturday, reached agreements on the freedom of movement and registers of births, marriages and deaths as well as a partial agreement on university diplomas.
The Serbian delegation's head, Borko Stefanovic was quoted by the Serbian broadcaster RTS as saying that all residents living in Kosovo would be able to move freely with their identity cards.
As for car licence plates, Serbs can drive cars with KS signs on the plates and there will be two types of signs KS and RKS in Kosovo in the next five years, according to Stefanovic.
As for registers of births, marriages and deaths, their copies will be delivered to EULEX.
The next round of the talks, which commended on 8 March this year, is to be held before the summer recess.
Other topics covered so far by the talks have been air traffic, power supply, telecommunications, land registry and the CEFTA agreement.
