The fourth edition of the Weekend Media Festival was opened in the northern Adriatic town of Rovinj on Friday, bringing together media and communications experts from Croatia and the region.
The event will be held until September 25 in the traditional venue, the old tobacco factory in the northern Adriatic town of Rovinj.
This year's festival will have the richest program so far, featuring a number of domestic and foreign lecturers, panel discussions and workshops.
The fourth edition of the event will cover almost all media and communications segments (TV, the Internet, radio, the press etc).
Some of the prominent guests to speak at the festival are executive vice president of the RTL Group Andreas Rudas and Jay McGill of the Hearst magazine.
